Great place visit often, always good pizza and great customer service
I ordered a large Works Pizza, 2 Big Don Italian, and 6pc garlic breadstick. My food took 22 mins over the expected delivery time. My food was COLD! My breadsticks were missing. Donatos outsourced their delivery to DoorDash. When I informed the DoorDash driver about my missing items, he told me he was told he had everything. When I informed him I was missing items again, I was told to contact the store myself to get a refund because he couldn't go back due to Donatos being too busy. Every single time that I ordered from this location they get my order wrong. I do not believe the people know how to read, when an online order is placed and it says no lettuce or tomato on my sub, but it is there! The pizza is always burnt and never cut right. Maybe Donatos management should look harder into this location, and go back to the core values that they say each location has on their website. Not good do not order from this location.
