Never delivered my pizzas. Tyler the manager said they were delivered which basically called me a liar. I insisted they were not so I drove to store. Still wanted to charge me for a pizza per the GM. Tyler told me he was really busy but honestly, I didn’t care. A huge company with this type of problem solving customer service???? A lying delivery driver and two managers still charging me and insinuating I’m lying. I have never been treated so poorly by a business.
Love the food and fast service with online in-app ordering it was ready just out of oven by the time I got to the drive-thru which was a speedy but friendly exchange.
Sub was dry as a bone and I paid extra for an apple cider vinegar dressing that never arrived. Also, almost all meat and like no veggies. Gonna take a break when I was a normal customer.
