We tried to order a pizza and a sub , robot person takes order , we try to use coupon , robot person can not take coupon we have to talk to the store , get transfer, store answers the phone by saying hold on , we used another phone to order dinner from elsewhere , Donato never came back to the phone ! I figured that is why they offer 5 dollar coupons because you don't get to use them ! That's ok Donatos , so many pizza places to chose from that actually will take my money for food
I always use the app to order and use the drive thru window to pick up. Pizza is consistently good and fresh. Orders are always accurate. Workers are friendly. Have never had any issues and today, as always the pizza was extra good with plenty of generous toppings and cooked to perfection!
Our first order was last week with a scheduled pick-up. That did not go as planned and the food was just being put in the oven when we arrived. We called to comment and were given a store credit. Unfortunately, that credit does not show up with a web order. I called the store and the employee who answered, Daniel Price, was incredibly helpful. He was able to take my order and apply that credit. Must say, the food is great even if some service can be a bit off at times. Will definitely order again.
The employees went above and beyond to fix a mistake that wasn’t even theirs. Very impressive customer service!
Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas on the app, they deliver the wrong ones. Driver takes them back and marks the order complete. I call the store twice, no one picks up. Wait 10 minutes and call and the lady (manager) says oh we got busy and forgot about it - not what I wanted to hear. I waited 30 more minutes, no pizza, so I drive there and ask where is my pizza.
