So disappointed with this franchise. I used to love Donatos growing up in Indianapolis. They served my favorite pizza and were well worth the extra money. Don’t know what happened but now the pizza quality is garbage, the service is horrendous, and the store is a disaster. I gave them a second chance tonight. Ordered door dash. Got a call from my driver telling me they “never received my order” and had already closed the store. Asked the driver to hand the phone to the manager and she said “store closes at 10”. I ordered pizza last night from this store. I asked for delivery. Only received an email stating my pizza was on its way and would arrive at 9:40pm. Pizza never came. I called multiple times. No answer. Called again and they closed the store. I would like my money back.
