Ordered a small Pepperoni pizza at 7:45 and after, no exaggeration, 5 doordash drivers waiting and leaving, 5 ignored phone calls, and a customer service rep failing to reach the store, I finally had to cancel my order. I'm broke, hungry, and now in tears bc from what the second driver said "someone took your pizza, call the store". Sucks. 0/10
This is the second time that we have ordered from this Donatos’s location, in which we have not received our actual pizza. We will receive all the sides, but no pizza. The first time I thought it had to do with DoorDash, on my own personal account, but then my husband‘s account, the same exact thing happened. I think that there may be a problem with Donatos’s kitchen, getting pizzas and orders together for their DoorDash delivery, people.
