I Ordered a chicken spinach mozzarella after having had an amazing version of the same pizza from the Finneytown store. Theirs was bursting with garlic and other flavors, so I decided the following week to order the same pizza from the western hills location. It was not the same. The pizza was soggy, and there was no garlic flavor. It also gave me a stomach ache. I was very disappointed and reminded of why I stopped going to this location.
I naturally order a salad when we get pizza & with the recall on the lettuce causing extreme gastrointestinal issues lately, the gentleman behind the counter (even though they don't sell the recalled lettuce) won't sell salads. Wonderful customer service!! Explained everything & made me feel like he genuinely cares about the customers well being!
Ordered a pizza over the phone for carryout. Arrived 10 minutes late due to weather and traffic and having to travel from Cleves. Saw my pizza still sitting on the oven and not a soul in site. Stood there for 5 minutes and left. 20 minute drive for nothing
We had a delivery issue but they were amazing about fixing it.
