I love Rosina she’s the most professional & through color tech, I’ve ever had. Nobody compares to her when it comes to colour matching. And Ashley the Manager is a gem, helpful, accommodating & always willing to make things better.
I had my hair done by Ebony at Donato (Square One) today for the first time, and it was such a positive experience! She did exactly what I asked for — face-framing layers, kept the length as requested, and gave me an impeccable blowout. I also appreciated being offered a beverage after my hair wash. Ebony was lovely to chat with — easygoing, genuine, and clearly passionate about her work. I left feeling so happy with my hair and couldn't stop loving my blowout! Highly recommend her!
Had an amazing experience at Donato salon today. This was my first time colouring my hair and Vy made it an unforgettable experience. She was very welcoming and kind throughout the whole session. She also made sure to walk me through what she was doing and what I expected from the session. I also got a haircut and blowout by vicky, who did a great job at cutting and styling my hair! I loved how my hair turned out and I will definitely be returning!
This place is not like it used to be. I went there on Monday and showed the stylist exactly the cut I wanted I even explained that I only wanted a little trimmed off. Instead, he cut my hair way too short and gave me uneven bangs that don’t blend at all with the rest of my hair. I was really disappointed, and even my family was upset with how it turned out. I haven't been to a proper salon since covid and had a lot of anxiety trying a new place. Salma was just wonderful, she was so kind and really listened to exactly what I wanted while providing helpful advice that would best suit my hair type/face shape. I felt so comfortable & love the way my hair turned out, I would highly recommend her!
