Shoutout to Vy for killing it every time! I’m always leaving the salon very pleased with my colour. She is so patient with how long and thick my hair is. And shoutout to Minji for the arm workout she puts into cutting, drying and styling right after. Absolutely love her work. I’m usually not a talkative person while I’m getting service but those two always finds ways to start a conversation and brings out fun vibes!

I came in for a haircut last week. I booked the appointment over the phone and requested a junior stylist. I didn’t know they would book me with someone so brand new. I was also not told the pricing when I booked (I was expecting someone in the $70 range). The stylist struggled for over 40 minutes just to do my face framing layers, and got help from 3 different stylists yet still wasn’t able to do the layers. I've been going to Donato on and off for years and have tried several different colourists during that time and Alicia is by far the best. She really took the time to listen to what I didn’t like about my hair and understood exactly what I was hoping to achieve. During the consultation, she was honest, and clearly very knowledgeable. The end result was amazing, definitely will be back to her.
