Extremely disappointed and outraged. Totally unprofessional and an extreme insult in the appraisal we received. They are unfair and have poor quality in assessment skills. The Woman who owns the company couldn’t have gotten out of the house faster than when she came in. After detailed explanation about the renovations that had been done down to the stud work of a home, and for what the house previously appraised for prior to renovations, we received the lowest of lows in appraisals.
