Was fortunate to have found Don and his group when a minor electrical crisis emerged in our home; needed help on short notice. Don had his man Matt on the scene in 90 minutes, and he had our problem resolved (old circuit breaker failed) in minutes. I’m typically skeptical about hiring a service these days. These guys are true pros. Transparent pricing. Quick response time. We’ve got their card on the fridge for any future electrical needs.
Excellent service. Don, was very considerate on the phone and did not rush me with all my questions. He also was able to schedule my appointment sooner than expected for my repair. Dennis came out as promised and fixed our issue quickly. This company is fair, knowledgeable and very competitive. I will use them again if the need arises.
Don and his crew provided a great service as we recently updated our basement. Electrical wiring for lighting, smoke alarm updates and installation, as well as an electrical subpanel were all installed with top-tier professionalism, great pricing, and fantastic communication. With the work put forth, the folks at Donatello Electric earned my business for any future electrical needs.
