This is our third time working with Donatello, previously they had replace outdoor lights and repaired indoor switches. This time we had an urgent situation when our pool filter switch caught fire, and Donatello Electric came out that same day. Matt and MP showed up right away, were incredibly courteous, and explained everything clearly so we felt comfortable with the repair. Previous home owner had installed motion sensor automatic light switches that weren't working properly. One in master bath, and 2 in basement at top and bottom of stairs. Don was able to replace the 3 switches, run wire to update the wiring and rewire the basement switches in under an hour. He was polite and explained what he was doing and why. Would definitely recommend!
Exceptional service every time!! Today, Matt changed ceiling fans for our bedrooms. He kept us informed of arrival time and was very through in making the changes, demonstrating the new options and left the home very clean. He did a great job and was very professional! Highly recommend Donatello Electric and his professional electricians!
Dennis did a fantastic job installing 2 new electrical outlets in our kitchen, to accommodate a new over-the-range microwave and also to allow for future change over to a gas range. Very ethical, honest and fair company. A pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend.
I have used Donatello Electric for years and would never use any other. Response time to my call today was incredible. Matt, the electrician, was a true pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Matt identified, clearly explained, and quickly resolved the issue. Five stars is not enough for this company. A rare find!!!
