HORRIBLE! – I recently had a facial and a pedicure done here. The facial was incredibly relaxing and I liked the guy who did it. He talked not too much, but wasnt too quiet. He told me what he was doing before he did it so i wasnt freaked out. It was actually quite nice. However as soon as I left the place my face felt greasey and heavy, like I just ate a whole slice of pizza and Arbys. It was gross. And now ive had more pimples than ever in the days following. Fuzzy Nails and Non-Relaxing Massage - Will NEVER Return – A girlfriend and I took part in a livingsocial deal that offered us a 60min mani/pedi & 60min hot stone massage at the Donatella's... What we thought would be a relaxing morning at the spa, turned out to be the worst spa experience ever... Very Impressed – I was in on Saturday for a massage and wanted to let you know how much I loved it. I hadn't been to your facility for a while and was pleased to receive a nice tour. You've added a lot since my first visit. Loved the "relaxation room" and the lockers. I felt like royalty. I will definitely be returning in a few weeks for a pedicure. OK Haircut, TERRIBLE blow-dry. – I will not be returning to this salon. I went in for a simple trim on my shoulder length wavy hair. I always blow-dry my hair with a round brush and then flat iron it so it is smooth and straight. This stylist was very friendly. The cut was nothing special, but acceptable. But when it came time for the blow-dry, she used the wrong type of brush on my hair and I looked absolutely ridiculous. Best Spa in Syracuse – So I went to Donatella's Spa in Syracuse N.Y. and had the best facial of my life. The staff is amazing, the price is right and the owner is delightful. Keep up the good work I highly recommend going to Donatella's spa!
