There's a sticker for Don's Heating and Cooling on my furnace so I assumed they installed it 12 years ago (I moved here a few years ago). The tech must've run out of aluminum tape because air is blowing out of all kinds of corners and connections that weren't sealed. It was blowing out like a fan at me when I noticed how poor of a job they did. That means non-filtered air and dust from the furnace room have been circulating around my home for more than a decade. We had our electric furnace serviced today, the app was made very quickly and to our convenience. Our service man Gury was very polite and informative about what he was doing and also explained to us the role of the thermostat. The area was left very tidy after the work was done. I must say that for a young man he new his job and also not bad tothe eye.😉
I had Eric come by today to inspect my furnace and ac. Great customer service and very informative
