Tyler was very competent and did an excellent circuit board installation. However cost for a 45 minute job was over $400 !!! It is now apparent that other systems such as Carrier have 10 year labour and parts warranty! Our system is only 15 months old!
Awesome experience dealing with Don’s Heating and Cooling. They quickly dispatched a technician to diagnose my issues. (He arrived hours ahead of what was promised). He quickly found the issue, described my options and referred me to the sales team to schedule next steps. Their customer service is top notch! Thanks to all involved.
