great service .. Carloa Flores was super ..he was courteous,efficient,knowledgeable and gave us all options for our ‘no heat’ issue . he left us with heat on and made an appointment for sales to come out and quote a new furnace…. parts to replace our old parts were not going to be worth it. looking forward to dealing with Don’s hearing and cooling in the future.
I had an excellent experience with our HVAC technician, Guri! He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in a clear and honest way. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind—highly recommend!
