I took my 2024 GMC Acadia into Donaldson Chevrolet in Silsbee to have my antenna repaired. The service manager (Meagan) is the rudest person in the world She tries to talk down to people. Whoever put her in customer relations should be in therapy. I know I'm only one customer, but I won't be going back there again ever! Her customer service is lacking in every way.
