I took my 2024 GMC Acadia into Donaldson Chevrolet in Silsbee to have my antenna repaired. The service manager (Meagan) is the rudest person in the world She tries to talk down to people. Whoever put her in customer relations should be in therapy. I know I'm only one customer, but I won't be going back there again ever! Her customer service is lacking in every way. False hope. Submitted all my information, it took 2 days for someone to get back to me. Then the vehicle was sold that I was interested in. Then multiple salesman call or email after the fact
