Took care of my oil change on my 2022 Chevrolet Truck when it was due since Donalson GMC/Chevrolet was booked out over a week in advance!!! Turns out they send Chevrolet customers over here all the time! The Chevy place didn't have a front end alignment machine so they send it next door to the Chrysler Dodge dealer for to get alignments done! I took my 2024 GMC Acadia into Donaldson Chevrolet in Silsbee to have my antenna repaired. The service manager (Meagan) is the rudest person in the world She tries to talk down to people. Whoever put her in customer relations should be in therapy. I know I'm only one customer, but I won't be going back there again ever! Her customer service is lacking in every way.
