I have been working with Jennifer for almost a year. she has been a blessing! phone call and email check-ins, and a continuous flow of information. she keeps the line of communication open, for myself that is major. This last year has torn my life into shambles to say the least. However, She has done an amazing job keeping me at ease and ensuring my voice has been heard. Jennifer Donaldson is honest and so easy to work with. She also communicates clearly. When my mom got into a car accident, I hired her to take care of dealing with Medicare and the insurance companies involved so I could tend to caring for my mom. She found another policy that I wouldn't have known about and skillfully negotiated with the insurance companies and Medicare.
