The team at Dr. Donaldson’s office is truly one of a kind. I moved a little further from the area and refuse to find a new office because the staff with Dr. Donaldson is so wonderful. Everyone is so friendly, they explain everything and really make sure you feel comfortable. Of course, Dr. Donaldson himself is amazing as well – kind, professional and I always know I’m getting the best care possible.
Front desk doesn’t maintain records correctly and many people have issues with payment. If you already paid, or have a payment plan, they say you “didn’t pay,” or your payments “weren’t received.” Good luck !!!
Dr. Donaldson and his office staff are the best around . His practice worked with my insurance and gave me the best results possible for my sleep apnea!!! I am now sleeping soundly and feel so much better. I am so grateful for all they did. Thank you
