I have no problem with the care Dr Donaldson provides. He could communicate a little more like say hello when he comes into the room. What i'm most upset about is the 3 hour wait to see him. It is ridiculous to set in the waiting room that long. Are they over booking or why is this an every time situation? Something needs to be improved to cut down on this wait time!
Thorough, caring - squeezed me into a full schedule for urgent eye care - Thanks
