I had an appointment with Dr. Donaldson on Wednesday, January 14th that was specifically scheduled for the excision of a chalazion on my lower eyelid. My appointment time was 7:40 AM, and I arrived and checked in on time. Despite the early appointment, I was not called back until 8:10 AM, already 30 minutes late. Once brought in, I was informed that the staff intended to perform a full eye exam, which was not the purpose of my visit.
