When my children were very young, ages 8 and 11, my husband Bob passed away suddenly. RecommendedWho would use the word "love" to describe an insurance agent? I would! I LOVE my insurance agency, Allstate Cindy Donaldson. For decades, we used State Farm. I think we talked with the actual agent once. We filed 2 claims in 20 years. 1st for our hot water heater leak damage. 2nd for hail damage done to our vehicle. The staff was polite and courteous from the minute I walked in the door. I sat down at Sharon's desk and she asked me a few questions about what kind of coveage I need.
