HORRIBLE experience with this broker. I have been a paying customer with this broker for YEARS. They called me to notify me that my policy had been canceled (with no forewarning or grace period) because of a credit card issue. The representative - Margarita - then offered me absolutely zero help. Nothing about getting me a new policy, no guarantees - absolutely nothing.
