Please do not give your money to them- my class was cancelled the day of due to “lack of an instructor” and weeks later still haven’t gotten any refund confirmation. I have called many times and I’m told that it is an accounting issue. Even asked for a phone number to call for help and told that there was none. I ended up having to go through a new school and never got back over $500 from Donaldson.
I took the real estate course online, made it all the way to the end of all of the modules and each of their quizzes only to get to the end and take a overall exam that I could not pass. I took the test 10 times. Each time I called myself studying the ones I got wrong but that didn’t help. When I would take the exam again and change my answer to what it says it should be, it still was wrong. I don’t understand how you ask me the same questions and non of the choices are correct. The best Real Estate school. Chris is very knowledgeable of the industry. I most definitely recommend Donaldson Educational Services. I passed my state exam the first try and my national exam the second try missing by one point. Chris understands where you are coming from and why you are there in his class. I took the online courses and felt just like I was in his class.
Chris is an excellent teacher, I've learned a lot in his CE classes. He is very passionate and knowledgeable, and always gives innovated ideas to better your business. I would highly recommend taking one of his courses.
