For over 15 years, the Donaldson family has handled our taxes with expertise and care. They are incredibly knowledgeable and always helpful. My husband and I have consistently recommended them to our friends and will continue to do so.
I came on the final day to file my income tax last year to hopefully file my income tax on time. They had no idea if it was ready or not. I had to insist that they get it ready to file. Very unprofessional, Avoid.
Held tax paperwork for OVER 3 months and literally did NOTHING despite continued communication and check ins from my husband and I. Now, because of them, we have missed deadlines and reimbursements. Wish I could give zero stars.
They have been doing my taxes for 4 years now and absolutely love them!
