Very disappointed in the service and what appeared to be a major upsell. They were quick to send someone to the house, but the technician did not focus on finding the simplest solution. He charged me $99 for the visit, did nothing but inspect and take photos, and sent me an email recommending $7000 in services. My husband then cleaned the unit himself and patched a hole in the vent with duct tape. Problem was solved.
We have always had good service from Donaldson Air (so far). Cory Garcia was knowledgeable, patient with my question.
They were supposed to be at my house between 10 and two today. The only time somebody could be here not only did they not show up but did not call until way after they were supposed to be here. Jared did an excellent job with my HVAC maintenance. He explained everything he did on the unit with photos as well as the condition of the unit. Renewing my annual maintenance contract with him on the spot was easy and quick. Jared was very professional.
Charles Ramer was my tech. Did a great job, diagnosed the problem and took care of it in no time. Highly recommend
