If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! We've been using Donald's Carpet Cleaners for several years now and have always been very happy with how fresh and clean our carpets look and feel. Not long after our last cleaning, one of our pets had an accident on the carpet. I contacted Nathan, and he came back quickly to take care of the problem spot. I’ve been using this carpet cleaning company in Memphis for years, and they always provide excellent service. I had an appointment recently, and even with heavy rain and Friday afternoon traffic, Marc showed up right on time with a friendly attitude.
