gage showed up right on time and took his time before starting to ask what i needed done. i also asked him if he could clean two mattresses along with my carpets, and he was happy to help out with that too. he really went the extra mile to make my carpets look fresh and clean, and even used a scrubber on some tough stains that i thought would never come out. i was so impressed with how great everything looked when he finished. the price was fair and the results were amazing. i will definitely be calling again for my next car... read more

Marc, the technician, was very friendly and professional—he called before arriving and showed up right on time. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! After doing a lot of research, I chose Donald's Carpet Cleaners to take care of my carpets and upholstery, which really needed a good cleaning. From my very first call all the way through to the end of the job, Duane was extremely professional, honest, and polite. I had a great experience with Donald's Carpet Cleaners. Honestly, I didn't expect much since it's just carpet cleaning, but I was surprised by how professional and friendly Josiah was. The customer service was excellent, and he paid close attention to details—even pointing out things I never thought were part of carpet cleaning.
