Great job from Donald's Carpet Cleaners. marc was an excellent technician and really knew carpet cleaning well. The service was quick, taking about an hour to clean, and the carpet dried in around an hour and a half, which was perfect for the warm Memphis weather. The floors were not soaked or overly wet, and the cleaning products worked very well without leaving a heavy residue. We have used carpet cleaning services before, but this was by far the best experience we have had. Jaime provided outstanding service and made our carpets look almost new again. He was able to remove pet stains that other carpet cleaners had left behind, and the whole carpet looked fresh, clean, and well cared for when he finished. I can't say enough good things about the carpet cleaning company and their team. Marc and Robert were incredibly professional, friendly, and showed true care for their customers. We needed help with an area rug that got pretty dirty from our family pet, and they made the whole process so easy.
