Our Blue Cross paid the rest of our charges after Medicare on July 21st, 2022. However, we were sent a bill. After three phone, email, mails and a personal visit to his urgent care I received a bill from a collection agency. I have never heard back from his office after bringing in the EOB from Blue Cross which shows it was paid. Tomorrow I will follow thru and possibly soon I should sue them. Can't reccomend this facility.
