I have been with " The Doc's" office for over 35 years. Doc may be the quiet type but he listens and cares about his patients. Ten or so years ago he initiated a patient panel by invitation only. Some were new patients and others had been around for various lengths of time. I was privileged to be part of the panel. We made just a few recommends from the patient experience and I know he implemented some of our ideas. He also has a fabulous staff most of whom have been with a long time.

Dr. Robinson was extremely condescending and less than sympathetic to my concerns. He didn't take time to ask me questions about what was wrong to try and figure out the reason for my pain, instead he would pick apart my concerns and ask me why I think it's happening. That's not my job. i left feeling less unsure about my health than I did when I went in.

Dr. Robinson is knowledgeable and professional. My family have been patients of Dr. Robinson for 30+ years and have been completely satisfied with him. His staff is very friendly. Wait times are minimal and I am always treated as if I were their only patient. Heather Milliron is a fabulous ANP.

Worst front desk staff ever; rude, ignorant and impolite in every sense of the word. My husband and I have gone here for years but after the last appt. we will be switching to another office immediately!

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation.
