I am sure they are surgeons are wonderful. But try getting any help for anything else and you may as well just give up. I received 4 reminders For my appointment and try to check in online like they ask you to and the system doesn't recognize me. I tried to call and confirm my appointment and the address because the address didn't look correct. After 45 minutes of trying I gave up and hung up. It's unbelievable. Excellent docs.Central office service pure corporate medicine.Doc's office left msg.Requested appointment date change.45 phone minutes for me to achieve this.Got in call back queue.Someone called me.Loud music in the background.She was very busy chomping on food.I asked for a return call.Nothing.

Terrible practice. I was rushed out, misdiagnosed, and wasted money for 3 months on physical therapy that did nothing, since I had been misdiagnosed. On top of that I have also been getting surprise bills. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC AT ALL

I do not have an insurance and needed a surgery. Rothman Orthopedics provided me with all the related to the surgery fees that I had paid prior the surgery. I even had a discussion with the Rothman financial counselor that assured me that after paying these fees I won't owe anything else. I agreed and paid all the fees upfront and proceed with the surgery. Dr. David Nazarian is a superb doc! I have been his patient for years.The facility at 925 Chestnut is NOT superb!!! I would say it is a reckless, and dangerous medical facility with only marginal regard for patient safety. Social distancing while present is only a piece of it. As I waited for the visit with the doctor, I could see the hallway outside of patient rooms. There was no evidence of sanitation procedures in patient rooms between each patient visit. I recently had my hip replaced in December. I really missed having the "Force" which monitored your daily progress via your pc. I had a tough time recovering and ended up having to go to P.T. for six weeks. I never had a call from anyone at Rothman asking about my condition. Before surgery I had a person called telling me she was my advocate. I never heard from her either. Very disappointed.

I saw Dr. Fuchs at the Warrington office twice. I’ve been having pain in my ankle for 2 months. He barely looked at my ankle because he was busy looking at his computer documenting God knows what! Asked me , the patient, if I wanted an injection or a boot without knowing what’s going on with my ankle. I had to ask for PT and an MRI. I paid $100 in copays and still can’t walk without pain. Not impressed and extremely disappointed.

Dr. Natacha Falcon spine doctor for Rothman Institute in Egg Harbor Township New Jersey is the worst doctor I have ever been to. She has no empathy and gives no time for patience all she wants to do is come in collect your money for the visit and get out. She's not an MD she's a doctor of osteopathy but that doesn't mean anything because she gives (D O's) those doctors a bad reputation and a bad rap.
