Being new to Arizona and trying to establish a Primary Care Physician (PCP) was hard. Made a call to Banner Ironwood Medical Pavilion and found out that Dr. Donald Todd Swain was accepting new patients at the time, so scheduled an appointment to see him. Needless to say Dr. Swain has been a huge blessing from the Lord and coming to found out that his clinic is only 10 minutes from the house another hidden blessing from God. Dr. Swain is awesome. I had to schedule with him since my old doc didn't take my insurance anymore. Yes as a new patient he had a longer wait list then I expected but i am glad I waited. He was understanding,non-judgemental,willing to listen to my concerns and needs. In my opinion worth the wait to see him.
Wait times here are a joke! 7-10-25 tried to book a wellness exam. Next opening is 11-11-25! Good luck with your health care here
Terrific office staff. Dr. Swain had me waiting less than five minutes. Clear, understandable communications and very well organized group. This Doc is great. Had in house blood drawn in 10 minutes from Maria and medical assistant Aleecia was kind and very efficient. Linda at front desk had my wellness appointment scheduled for me in a week! If you’re disappointed with your medical experiences , you may want to see Dr. Swain’s office.
