This doctor has cancelled two DOCTOR REFFERED appointments with no warning until the patient shows up because “they don’t have a diagnosis” when the patient is seeing him to get a diagnosis from a neurologist. Absolutely backwards. No call, just waited for the patient to show up to be told no diagnosis no appointment after setting up appointment and accepting paperwork! My experiences with Dr. Marks and his staff have always been excellent. Everyone in the office seems competent and genuinely concerned with my welfare. The negative reviews on this site are astonishing to me.
The worst Dr I have ever seen
Has been very good with my wife. He does sometimes cut you short when trying to explain something. His diagnosis and insights into what to expect has been spot on.
Knowledgeable and patiently explains. Balanced sense of humor when dealing with difficult issues.
Arrogant, condescending, impatient, doesn't. listen. Don't go!
