I just found out after 2 months of waiting that my appointment was canceled for no reason. I was supposed to see the doctor in a few days. No one called me to tell me why, so I can make a new appointment. I have autoimmune conditions for which I need treatment to be able to function, and, as a new transplant, a first meeting was very important to me. Dr Patterson is a great doctor really listens to your issues, and the medical staff is excellent
Takes time to listen. Explains a plan clearly and follows up. Great bed side manner. His Nurse also is kind and caring.
Dr Patterson is thorough and friendly. However, the responsiveness and communication from reception and nursing leaves a lot to be desired. The voicemail system seems unnecessarily complicated and lengthy - when did doctors’ offices stop picking up the phone?
