Mr McIntosh undertook work for us in July 2021. Day one Mr McIntosh arrived as agreed at 8.00am, starting work on painting the outside windows and back door. At 12.30pm Mr McIntosh said he was finished for the day as he had to take a friend to a hospital appointment Day Two Mr McIntosh arrived as agreed at 8.00am. Continuing work started day before. We went out for something for lunch at 12, when we arrived back at our property at 12.30pm we discovered Mr McIntosh had unfortunately fallen from his ladder and injured himself.... read more
