This THE WORST "doctor"s office" I have ever been to in my entire life. My personal opinion of them: Super unprofessional, negligent,uncaring, uncooperative, not knoedgeable, and the list Goes on. My experience with them was horrific. I went there to have my injuries from an accident documented. When I got their report, the injuries that I had pointed out, read from a list, and their totally unprofessional (in my opinion) "nurse practitioner" looked at, ---she did not document my injuries. This review is NOT pertaining to Dr McCoy nor the office staff; they’re the best. This review IS pertaining to Innovacare. Innovacare has taken a rural, down to earth, caring practice and turned it into a cold, business run by businessmen. I called Dr McCoy’s office the other day expecting to speak to a front office girl as I always did. Instead I got the Innovacare call center. How cold is that? I’m not happy.
