I used Don Masters CPA from 2007 until 2020. In the past I would have given him 5 stars. Unfortunately that has changed. Where he use to return my calls, then would not, was not the biggest problem. Mr. Masters told me that my business did not qualify for PPP. After speaking with another CPA, I found that I indeed did. I'm not sure if it was a lack of knowledge on his part, or if it was a morality judgment, but I think I deserved to know my true options. Don is the consummate professional. He is knowledgeable and always current on IRS law changes. Add to that, his honesty and integrity. We have had other accountants, but Don was the only one that truly helped us use strategies to save money not only on taxes but for funding our pensions and college education for our daughter. Don does both my personal taxes as well as my business accounting and taxes. I Highly recommend his services.
