Wait times are longer. I have been there for an appointment at a certain time and minimum wait is one hour. They reschedule you over and over. I broke a tooth and doctor didn't do anything until my insurance approved a cleaning. I'm out of drugs for the bad tooth. My toddler has been told twice now to fast because she will be treated with laughing gas each time they look at her and reschedule. Nothing gets done, they just take your money and wait to see you a month later on next appointment.
PATIENTS BEWARE-- Unfortunately we have been coming here for a couple of years, and we are now trapped into a completely worthless Orthodontics center. If you are remotely considering this clinic please be forewarned by all those reviewers who have left ratings. This clinic is disorganized, rude, and simply no longer cares about its patients. Please do not make the mistake I and others have made by choosing this Ortho clinic, you will regret that decision every time you try to make an appt.
Absolutely horrible They screwed up on a root canal and left me in extreme pain 3 times I went back, each time they gave me prescription to get filled the last one for pain Dr Brown himself rejected and called me to say he knows all about people like me going from doctor to doctor trying to get drugs I will never return to this place and probably won't get the money I paid in advance to finish the work needed
This is a wonderful place to take your children to for thier dental needs. They take great care of a childs fears and help them relax prior to thier treatment. I traveled to Dr. Donald Browns Pediatric practice all the way from Anaheim and now my granddaughter goes thier for her care, and also travels from Orange County. Her mother remebers how she felt going thier and feels comfortable sending her child thier. It is very reasonable in price and treats all patients as equals.
