This company has been wonderful to work with. They replaced my 30-year-old system nine years ago, and have consistently been helpful whenever we’ve had cleaning or maintenance questions. When our system didn’t start on the first hot day of the year, they came out the very next day and even arrived early for the appointment. They quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and submitted the warranty claim for us — all in about 30 minutes. Excellent customer service.
Driver was very aggressive & erratic - wouldn’t hire or feel safe with them in my home
The contractor was very angry & rude
Bottom line, they were great to work with and truly fair when it came to pricing. This is compared to other companies that I made contact with to find the best value. I'm really satisfied.
