They order you to get RX, MRI and if you are good, don’t need surgery, you only get to see the rude PA, even if you request to see the doctor instead. The main reason you go to his office is to see him. I wouldn’t recommend his office since you don’t have the option to see him, they will send you Ana

His staff is terrible. They don’t communicate with PT, they are late getting paperwork sent off, etc. 15 months after a surgery that “has a 95% success rate,” I’m way worse off than I was before surgery.

I had the best experience with Dr. Hilton and his staff!!! The ease of making an appointment and getting seen by him was quick and easy. I was in the worst condition when i went to go see him and after he operated on me I am a completely different person. My pain is gone and i haven't been pain free in decades. The procedure was quick and I was walking around the same day!! I highly recommend Dr. Hilton to anyone who is having back and spinal issues.

Dr. Hilton himself gets 5 stars. He is an excellent surgeon and spends time with you to answer all questions. His staff however, gets 2 stars and that's with me being generous. They do not return calls no matter how many messages you leave. You would think the staff of a medical professional would have a thing called empathy and be willing to help you in any way they can.
