I was very disappointed in this practice. My interaction with the doctor was less than 2 minutes. After the assistant cleaned my teeth, doc came in and did a final inspection, told the assistant what he wanted to do and walked out of the room. He did not explain to me what he was recommending nor gave me the opportunity to discuss the treatment options. I felt like just another number for him to bill my insurance. I will not be back.

The large & in charge lady that sits at the desk is extremely rude and disrespectful. Save your time, energy, & money.

Just really tired of how the braces were moving my teeth so quickly and causing infections, had to get them removed a couple times so I could get it taken care of. And I hope they found a new receptionist.

Most staff is good, but Krena who sees all peds patients, is a horrible person. I could tell she was having a bad day an took it out on my daughter giving her a shot without numbing it first .She said keeping the numbing jelly on her wouldn't help and was insanely rude about it even telling my daughter if she didn't stop crying that I would have to leave the room.
