This is hands down the worst dental office experience I’ve ever had. I was a loyal patient here for over 15 years, but this place has completely fallen apart. Five years ago, they told me they didn’t take my insurance anymore, while my mother-in-law with the exact same insurance continued being seen there. My son had a tumor under a cap. I was told by the receptionist that only refer to one oral surgeon place. When referred to the that oral surgeon. They told me that they don’t take my insurance which no biggie on to the next. I called Dr. Sabourin office back and told them this information. Carol at the front desk told me well you need to call and figure out where your child can go and then call us back. I called my insurance company and they told me that they are accepted everywhere. I was very disappointed in this practice. My interaction with the doctor was less than 2 minutes. After the assistant cleaned my teeth, doc came in and did a final inspection, told the assistant what he wanted to do and walked out of the room. He did not explain to me what he was recommending nor gave me the opportunity to discuss the treatment options. I felt like just another number for him to bill my insurance. I will not be back.

The large & in charge lady that sits at the desk is extremely rude and disrespectful. Save your time, energy, & money.

Just really tired of how the braces were moving my teeth so quickly and causing infections, had to get them removed a couple times so I could get it taken care of. And I hope they found a new receptionist.
