Been trying to contact Dr. Portocarrero for months now. He was supposed to do a second endoscopy for me, but I haven't heard from him in about 1 year! Phone calls do not get answered, messages do not get returned, emails do not get returned. I am presuming he is out of business. Don't waste your time with this office. They have gone silent.
Pésima atención mi cita era a las 3 de la tarde y estaba cerrado llegaron faltando minutos para las 4 aparte ni siquiera me vio el Dr me miró una señora la verdad que no me dejaba ni hablar se suponía que me verían por 45 min y no se tardó ni 10
Muchas gracias Dr Portocarrero estoy amando poco a poco mis resultados de mi manga por endoscopia.. Llevo 10 días y 16 libras perdidas . Muy recomendado.
Dr. Portocarrero and his office staff are very unprofessional! They do not officially book spots for procedures correctly and make patients like me take preparations and show up to the hospital without a proper procedure spot. Office staff then tries erasing your procedure confirmation the day you show up to only be turned away by the hospital. The staff of this Doctor are the most unhealthful and should be held responsible for my missed appointment with doctor ! I will be following up with my experience with lack of treatment by this staff to Anthen Blue Cross Medicare and Health Care LA, IPA !
