Lowest The staff was very nice. I’m not gonna complain about that. They’re just doing their job but unfortunately because I changed my primary military insurance to Medi-Cal Senior. I have to go to have colonoscopy and endoscopic at Adventist Hospital, which is OK but almost one year I have to wait, so that’s where this one star comes in. I did give a good review but I needed to take it down as far as the staff being very nice I never give bad reviews until now just being upset having to wait almost one year for a procedure ... read more
Just made my appointment with Jonathan, who helped me set up an appointment because of my issue he was able to schedule me really fast. I want to thank you Jonathan for making it very convenient for me.
Gave me my results in the hallway very uncomfortable maybe cause I have medical
So they create a new profile in hopes no one sees the negative reviews , but it's the same...Plan to wait 45 to hour after your appointment time...staff needs training in customer service and proper verbiage when speaking to patients. The doctor is not represented in a professional manner.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The practitioner was very helpful and patient and answered all our questions. The whole staff was kind, courteous and professional.
