The receptionist has always been very helpful!
He's a sweetheart and I travel a long way just to see him cause I know he cares. He has done my knee surgery and injections since then from 2016. I like how he takes the time to share and explain my diagnoses and his secretary Wendy is sweet too. I hope he sticks around for a long time; I love doctors with grey hair that know what their doing
Dr. shouldbemcGONEigal is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered in my 26 years of life. He started the appointment off by questioning I was even there....then proceeded to read the referral from my family doctor, only to further question exactly what it is he had to do. (Already upsetting behaviour as he is questioning the professional judgement of my family doctor). To be fair, I also did not know why I was referred to this doctor, but I just do what I am told. Dr.Mcgonigal was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained my options in depth and expected results from each. The outcome of the option I selected was exactly as he had explained. Thank you Dr.Mcgonigal
Secretary called and left a message saying that we were booked for an appointment today so we called back confirmed and went today, paid for parking which isn’t cheap at hospital. We waited infront of their door for at least 40 minutes assuming they were at lunch but found out from a nearby clinic that the doctor was on vacation. I took time off work as well as another person with me for this appointment. Disgusting and completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs they obviously don’t care about their patients.
