Dr. Martinelli and NP Roth seem great. Had an appointment today to review my bloodwork at 9am via video call or phone call, guess im still waiting 8-9 hours later. Ill send an invoice for $50 for a missed appointment I guess. Also had to wait 2 hours past my appointment time. Also they didnt even do a full blood panel, which I would have told them if they called me as they were supposed to at 9 am today. *Four days later i call them and they say they'll call after 6 to discuss them, only to call early leave a voice mail sayi... read more
Martinelli is a nice guy but waiting almost 3 hours after your appointment time is a little unprofessional. I will be looking for another doctor.
The staff was very unfriendly. Also, when l made the appointment over the phone, they asked me for my insurance. I told them and they said it was ok. When l got there today, they made me fill out my information and sit there and wait. After waiting they told me, we can't see you. We don't participate in this insurance. Why did they let me make an appointment and tell them my insurance over the phone and then wait until today to tell me they don't take it. That is so messed up. What a waste of time.
My brother Nicholas was examined today by Dr. Martinelli. Not only did he receive a comprehensive exam, but he was treated to a most professional and patient friendly exam. Special thanks to staff members Anabel and Sophie who were so kind an so competent. What a wonderful experience!
