My husband and I have always had great experiences with the staff and Drs at the office. Our favorite is Dr Fausnaught but all the Drs, hygienist and assistants as well as office personnel are wonderful.
Been going to this office for over 40 years, just went & called about a question for my next appointment and I got transferred to a mailbox to leave a message. Tried several times calling, it appears they don’t answer their phones they send you to a mailbox for them to call you back . Dr Fausnacht & Odessa the hygienist are great but I’m not crazy about this new office procedure. Suppose I’m busy or driving, and they have to leave a message with me.
