I used this firm for a real estate closing in June 2025 as the seller of a property, since the buyer chose this firm. The transaction involved FIRPTA withholding requirements which the buyer is liable for being withheld. During the closing process, the firm's paralegal asked if she could consult with my CPA regarding the FIRPTA requirements.
