Extremely frustrating experience, made an appointment with a long wait specifically to see a certain doctor, when I tried calling to confirm a few weeks out, I would get transferred and sit on hold for an hour until I finally gave up then a few days before the appointment I get a auto generated confirmation with the wrong doctors name, I called and thankfully was able to actually speak to someone, while she was very kind she told me that someone must have messed up the appointment and I wouldn’t be able to get an appointment... read more
