Mr Criscuolo prepared a QuitClaim Deed as part of a divorce agreement for my ex-wife and I, let me be clear, he was her attorney. He was given a 6 figure check and in return I received a defective QuitClaim Deed. BCPA notified him in writing, he responded with what he said was a corrected Deed, only to be again notified on 1/16/18, that 2nd QuitClaim was also defective. The worst case of lacks preparation of this crucial document I have ever endured. The worst.
