Saw Dr. Engles for the first time a week or so ago. I am considering moving from So Cal to North Idaho and have a serious heart condition so wanted to set myself up with someone when I came up for a few weeks looking at properties and have that in place right away. When police is chosen over life there is a problem. The neglect and run around at this office has destroyed my peace of mind. I was basically a money bag, put stents in and send you on your Way.... I called both medicine man north and dr Engels office 5 days prior to being out of my Brillianta. When I called in fear and angry after speaking with the secretary and stressed I had already called 4 days prior, she said they don't have till fill them and that policy says 48 hours is what I will have to wait Negligence and "no" st... read more
The staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Engles is attentive and listens. He had suggestions for my heart issue and breathing that no one has addressed before.
Excellent experience in the care I received from Dr. Engles and the Cardiology Clinic! Clear explanation of diagnostic concerns and further testing.
This is a very busy clinic but the staff gives you their full attention when your there. The doctor is always through and caring.
