Dr. Ellsworth is very knowledgable about bio- identical hormones and has also been able to address my thyroid issues. He and the staff at HOTZE Health and Wellness Center respond quickly and courteously to any questions or problems that are a concern to my health.
I am very grateful for Dr.Donald Ellsworth.I came in to address a problem I had with Candida albicans and they performed a series of test that included my heart! I had no idea I had some heart issues and they recommended I see a cardiologist.I have changed my lifestyle and the way I feel about myself for the better.I can't thank him enough for adding tests I had no idea would be a part of the package.the cost was very reasonable considering what the alternatives might have been if I wouldn't have known about these issues!
