I had a truly horrendous experience with Donald Dupuy Bodyshop in Metairie. After getting my vehicle door repaired and repainted by them, the paint started to wear off within a year. RecommendedMy vehicle was hit and I made a claim on their insurance. They gave me a list and I choose Donald Dupuy's Body Shop and boy am I glad I did! They completed all the work on the day they said they would. They explained everything that was needing to be fixed and were so polite and helpful. Not only did they clean and polish the outside of my vehicle but also the inside of my vehicle. Donald and Matt went above and beyond! Thank you so much

Their work is perfection! I highly recommend. Had hurricane damage and got my van back in less than a week. Very professional to deal with and reasonably priced, even on an insurance claim. So happy I discovered them.

I cannot recommend Donald Dupuy's highly enough! They got finished with my car a day or so earlier than expected, and they had done an amazing job fixing the damage. Then on top of that, they detailed it inside and out for me. Looked and smelled so clean, and I mean it had been DIRTY! When I got it back, it felt like I had a brand new car again! Gorgeous work and very honest, nice people to deal with. Needing body work sucks, but these guys make the experience sooo much better
DD Body Shop is the best. We have used them many times over many years and they have always been efficient, friendly, competent and professional. The body repairs always look fantastic. They value their customers, and go above and beyond what is expected. My car was returned looking great, cleaned on the interior and exterior, and they polished my Headlamp’s like new! My wheel covers were cleaned beautifully too! I really appreciate their attention to detail, which is a hard thing to come across these days.
Just got my car back yesterday, turned it in on Monday... Estimated time was till next week on monday or Tuesday... Got it Friday ... THEY DID MORE THAN EXPECTED... friendly customer service and I loved it ! YOU GUYS ARE Awesome! Great people EVEN BETTER SERVICE ...
