Dr Horton worked on my neck 20yrs ago still pain freein my neck I am hoping he will accept me as a new patient for my back!
I had severe back pain for well over 2 years and very reluctant to have surgery but went through with it. I almost cancelled it minutes before going into the surgery room. I said let’s get it before I change my mind. This is the best decision I have made in years. All the pain in my legs are completely gone and I sleep one thousand % better. Dr Horton is awesome. I can’t thank him enough. I followed his instructions completely. I wish everyone the same success and pain free life that I am having.
I was a patient of Dr Horton!! I have nothing but the upmost Respect and Thankfulness for this man!!!!!!! He did surgery on me in Jan 2017. In my opinion He and his staff are nothing but Top Shelf People. He comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY ME!! I can not say enough good things about Him. I interviewed 3 surgeons in OKC after getting results from Mayo Clinic in Rockchester. 1 told me my back would not sustain me through life.. The 2nd made me wait 1 hour, spent 10 minutes with me, told I had scoliosis, called for X-ray then told me that he wanted to do a 360 degree fusion from pelvic to ribs.. Dr Horton was the only surgeon who explained EVERYTHING to me that the Mayo did, the ONLY surgeon that had me dis robe, look at my back & did reflex test on me.. Doc Horton SAVED my life.
Dr Horton was transparent throughout the entire process. He explained everything thoroughly and when it came time to do surgery he promised he would do his best and that is exactly what he gave in the OR. A pleasant experience followed by an easier than expected recovery after talking to friends who went elsewhere.
I can highly recommend DR. Donald Horton!!! Dr.Horton, took the time to listened to my concerns and question, he went over the procedures of the surgery, and what I can expect after surgery. He cares for his patients and I knew, that I can trust him, and that he will do, the BEST he can do. His staff is friendly and courteous, it was easy to make an appointment, there are no long waiting time, in his office. Patty J.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Horton, he is an amazing neurosurgeon. He did my surgery and was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do and everything that could possibly go wrong that didn't. He was never in a hurry and answered all my questions very thoroughly and to where I could understand them. Also he has a wonderful bedside manner. In my opinion you could not ask for a better doctor or person.
