Don has worked with me over a course of 8 years now. He has helped me break a pattern of gravitating towards toxic relationships, to see my worth, and build confidence around my anxious attachment. I feel more mindful of my emotions and how to express them. Don creates the safest space for complete vulnerability.
I've worked with Don over the course of the past 13 months on managing my anxiety in my work, marriage, etc. Don's been great in helping me to focus on mindfulness and being present in the moment. As we've worked through this Don was very clear on my progress and eventually had me reach out when needed instead of regularly scheduled appointments. It was very easy to develop trust with Don and I highly recommend him.
