I should have read his Google reviews before becoming a patient of Dr. Donald Collins. By phone recently, he had his assistant inform me that I shouldn't be having any side effects from my new blood pressure medicine. Hence, I should go and visit a mental health professional. Naturally concerned about my side effects, I located another doctor. I was diagnosed with shingles, a compromised immune system and pulmonary complications. Dr Alexandria Conte was really nice to me and she addressed what I needed
HORRIBLE CARE! Abandoned care for my 90 year old mom after she broke her back. Said they discharged her as a patient because she canceled her follow up appointment. ER follow up was with an orthopedic doctor. Not a family doctor. Said they would call in her discharge medications, though, since she was being discharged from rehab and never did. Refused to authorize Home Health Care for follow up care for my mom telling them that we were looking for a new family doctor, which was not true. Had to get the insurance company invo... read more
