Dr Thiel took a lot of time to explain in detail a lot of different options and outcomes and gave me his expert opinion. His entire office was helpful, understanding and compassionate. From booking an urgent appointment, to getting my X-rays to their office, to giving me information and referrals, to helping me to understand what my treatment options are, to lessening my anxiety. All of it invaluable! I trust them completely. Thank you Dr Thiel’s Office.
Dr Thiel’s dental practice is the best of all the many we have gone to over the decades. First and foremost, it’s an honest practice. The culture of the practice is to care for the patient thoughtfully and sensibly. And then there’s also the level of competence. It’s not a glitzy practice, it’s a practice where one can feel secure and comfortable. The staff is caring and Dr. Thiel is meticulous and creative in solving complex dental issues.
