Everyone is very professional and care about their patients.
Dr. Thiel and his whole staff were very welcoming. I came in to get a second opinion about some future dental work and he spent a great deal of time explaining to me the pros and cons of my possible choices so that I would be able to make the best possible decision. I am now planning to continue with him as my primary dentist!
I highly recommend Dr. Thiel and everyone in the office. I see Sue for my annual cleaning, the first time I came in I hadn't been to the dentist in a while, and she was kind and patient, explaining everything before it happened and gave extra numbing when she noticed things hurt. They actually suggested I come back again in a few months since she didn't want to irritate my teeth too much. Now I come in for my annual cleaning with no nerves! I cannot recommend Dr. Thiel and his incredible team enough! Dr. Thiel is absolutely fantastic—highly skilled, thorough, and always makes sure you're comfortable. The rest of the staff is just as awesome, from the front desk who makes check-in and scheduling a breeze, to the wonderful hygienist who did an incredibly gentle and thorough job. If you are looking for a top-tier dental practice, this is it. Highly recommended!
