At first he was great, a go getter, a fighter. When I hired him I was very clear before I made payment that it was a one time lump sum payment for a custody case. We agreed on a number and it was paid in cash. Right before trial comes he calls me to the office and try’s to strong arm $2,000 more out of me. I ask about our original agreement and he was very nasty when I questioned him.
