Amazing Doctor
So disappointed in Dr. Brown and his staff. I called Wednesday morning to get my husband the antiviral med for Covid and until now, Friday at 4:20p haven't heard anything back from them. One more day and it's too late to take it. This is how you treat your patients? No thanks. There are too many other physicians who do take care of all their patients with much concern.
I mean how many times do I have to call to get a prescription filled? I’ve submitted for refills 5 times with no call back whatsoever. I’m looking for a new primary care physician because I’ve now been out of medication for 2 weeks and it appears no one on this team cares.

I would like to give 0 stars, but that isn't an option. I have many complaints, but I will only talk about two. I am/was a new patient to Dr. Brown. During my visit we talked about my present and past medical issues. Dr. Brown knew I needed a bp refill, but failed to give me one until I did bloodwork. Ok, that's fair; however, I just did the bloodwork he was requsting with my OBGYN.
